Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough, or your favourite bread, toasted
- ½ large ripe avocado
- 1 zest and juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 small red chilli, sliced
- fresh coriander or parsley leaves, torn
- salt & pepper
Method
- Smash avocado in a small bowl. Stir through lemon juice, chilli and herbs, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spoon avocado over toast, serve immediately.
Tips
- Fresh chilli can be replaced with a good pinch of chilli flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce.
